Carolina Waterfowl Rescue (CWR) is a non-profit 501(C)(3) wildlife rescue organization located in Indian Trail, NC. Our doors are open to those animals few rescues are willing to or are able to accommodate: domestic and wild fowl, migratory songbirds, reptiles, farm animals, and even "pocket pets". Our Learning Center offers many different educational programs.

Weekend and afterschool classes are periodically scheduled. Have a group? We can schedule by appointment. Carolina Waterfowl Rescue is excited to invite you to participate in one of our newly launched educational programs - “Jr. Wildlife Rescuers" - designed especially for kids ages 7 to 12, "Bird Helpers" - ages 4 to 6, and "Little Wings" - for ages 2 to 3. Of course, all are welcome!
