Explore Stevens Creek Preserve's trails while participating in our new Hiking for Fitness program. Each week, focus on high and low intensity cardio while monitoring your heart rate. Calculate your optimal heart rate and adjust your speed to reach it during the 3.8 mile hike. The instructor will call out for different levels of intensity and speed throughout the hike to help raise and lower your BPM for a healthy heart and better overall workout. Need a shorter, less intense workout? Try the Beginner level class at any time.
Pre-registration required. Prior to the program, the instructor will email important information on how to prepare, what to bring, etc.
This program is for ages 18 and up.
