Water you doing on August 11th? The answer should be going to the CRFM for Watermelon Day. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. you will get to taste yellow, orange and red watermelons, play games, enter into a watermelon seed spitting contest, and meet the 2023 Miss North Carolina Watermelon Queen. Come enjoy all the activities, market vendors, and delicious watermelons. You definitely don’t want to mess A-Rind and miss this event. Thanks a Melon for supporting local farmers and market vendors.
