Upcycle Candle Making

Join McDowell in upcycling old jars into beautiful candles that will add a little whimsy to your home!

Each participant will be given a jar that they can decoupage and fill with a candle scent of their choice. Pre-registration is required. This is not a drop-off program. Adult participation required.
