Why Invest in Leadership Training at Ages 13–18?
Perfect Window for Brain Development:
The adolescent brain is undergoing massive rewiring, especially in the prefrontal cortex (responsible for decision making, empathy, emotional regulation, and creative problem solving). This is a neuroplasticity sweet spot for building real world leadership skills.
Right Time for Right-Brain Activation:
SMILE leverages science backed, improv based exercises to develop the right side of the brain, boosting self-confidence, active listening, and creative expression.
