SCNP: Gentle/Chair/Beginner Yoga (drop-in or pre-register) – (Mar)
This slow-paced yoga class with modifications is geared specially for those new to yoga, recovering from injury, or who would like to use a chair/blocks/straps to access yoga. Incorporate breathing techniques with simple flows to focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels; all props provided or BYO.

Drop-ins welcome! This class takes place in-person at 15700 Thompson Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227; will be held outdoors on the covered porch or indoors depending on weather and group preference.
This program is for ages 10 and up.
