What our organization offers:
Ages for which our activities are most appropriate:
Teens learn to think faster, speak more confidently, and lead more comfortably through a unique blend of improv, humor, and brain science. Developed by S.M.I.L.E. founders Paul and Kelly and taught to more than 40,000 students.
OTC Improv

OTC Improv is intentionally designed to be unique and very different from traditional improv or theater programs. While improvisation is the vehicle, the focus is right brain training, humor based leadership development, and confidence building that transfers directly into school, workplace, and social settings.

Founder Led Training Model

Founded and led exclusively by Paul and Kelly, creators of the S.M.I.L.E. leadership framework, all programs are taught directly by the founders, not by rotating instructors or assistants. Teens work directly with the curriculum designers themselves, creating a more personal and consistent learning experience.

Training Approach

The training blends fun improv, accessible brain science, and interactive exercises that help teens understand how they think, respond, and connect with others. Programs are active, engaging, and built to strengthen communication, adaptability, and social confidence.

OTC Improv works with teens, schools, and organizations through camps, workshops, residencies, and leadership programs.

Classes focus on confidence building, public speaking comfort, listening skills, adaptability, and HUMOR based leadership development through applied improv and brain based training.
