Intro to Backpacking-- South Mountain Trip

Interested in backpacking or backcountry camping? This beginner backpacking trip is the perfect opportunity to explore a new outdoor adventure. The trip will be an overnight backpacking journey to South Mountain State Park.

This guided overnight trip to South Mountain State Park will introduce you to backcountry camping. From McDowell Nature Center, we will adventure to South Mountain on Saturday, October 22 and return on Sunday, October 23.
