Get Ready for the Annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Parade & Contest! The parade route is around Stowe Park ending up at the Amphitheatre. Prizes will be provided for best costume. Pet Registration is $10 and all proceeds from this event will be donated to Gaston County Animal Control and Enforcement.
