Harrisburg July 4th Parade

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 07/04/2026
Kick off the start of our Independence Day celebration by joining us on Saturday, July 4 at the Annual Harrisburg July 4th Parade along Highway 49 through beautiful Harrisburg. Spend the morning with the community as we honor our military and their families. The parade features tractors, floats, trailers, bands, and much more!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

The parade begins at Captain Steve’s in Harrisburg and travels north down Highway 49. The parade will end at Robinson Ave. (on Highway 49). Participants in the parade will be directed to turn right onto Robinson Ave. Parade participants will be directed to turn left onto School Circle from Robinson Ave. and then to turn right onto Harrisburg Veterans Road, which will take you to a stoplight at Stallings Road. Please view a map in advance if you are not familiar with this location. There are various ways you can travel from the intersection of Harrisburg Veterans Road and Stallings Road to get where you need to go (via Stallings Road, Hickory Ridge Road or Robinson Church Road).

Unable to make it in person to the parade? Great news! Our YouTube livestream is returning for 2026 so that no matter where you’re celebrating, you can still see every fun moment and festive float in this year’s lineup!
